These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZentroAI website (zentroai.io), services, AI tools (chatbots, callers, automation), and related offerings (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

ZentroAI provides AI-powered automation tools for immigration law firms, including custom websites, chatbots, callers, and CRM integrations. Services are provided “as is” without warranties.

2. Eligibility & Use

You must be 18+ and authorized to represent your firm. You agree to use Services only for lawful purposes and non-sensitive tasks. We do not handle, store, or process sensitive case details or personal immigration information.

3. Ethical & Compliance

Our AI tools are designed for general inquiries, bookings, and lead qualification only. They comply with ABA Formal Opinion 512 and applicable state bar ethics rules on AI use. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws and professional obligations.

4. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the Services, AI models, code, and content. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer them.

5. Payments

Setup fees and monthly retainers are non-refundable except as stated. All payments are final.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Maximum liability is the amount paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You may stop using Services anytime.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

Texas law applies. Disputes resolved in Houston courts.
